Volunteer

Volunteers are essential to the success of the PTA. Whether you want to help at school events, assist in classrooms, or lend a hand with fundraisers, your time and talents make a huge impact. We have opportunities that will fit into anyone's schedule. Whether you want to volunteer an hour or two here and there or if you want to chair a committee, we need you! How to Become a Volunteer
  1. In order to volunteer at the school, you must fill out a HCPS Volunteer Application (Y.E.S. Form). Y.E.S. Forms are now valid for 3 years.
  2. Purchase a PTA Membership* or join our Volunteer List to receive notifications about volunteer opportunities. *When you become a PTA Member, you are automatically added to our volunteer list, unless you opt out.
  3. Volunteer opportunities will be emailed to those on our Volunteer List, as well as posted on our website and shared on our Mary Bryant PTA Facebook and Instagram pages. Opportunities shared by the PTA are for PTA events or schoolwide events. Opportunities to volunteer in your student's classroom will be communicated by your student's teacher.
  4. Sign up for any opportunities that interest you! Sign ups are on a first come, first serve basis.
