2017 Class Representative Orientation for Booth Preparations
Wednesday, October 4th at 6:30 PM
This meeting will provide necessary information and answer questions to help make your teacher’s booth a success. We will discuss event guidelines, preparation tips and other important information with the goal being for this year to be even better than prior years.
Topics that will be covered include:
- Festival format and hours
- Booth set-up and parking lot rules
- Ticket boxes and collection
- Tickets to charge
- Volunteer schedule
- Booth requirements/essentials
- Turning in tickets at the end of the night
We strongly urge at least one classroom representative from each class
to attend this meeting, especially if you did not plan a booth last year.
